Morning

Exeter, St David: 6 bell competition for JP Fidler Cup

This competition is open to resident Guild members. Teams represent a single affiliated tower and members must ring there at least once a month on average. The test piece is 240 changes of Doubles or Minor, in any recognised method; repeated plain courses allowed except in Original.

Stoke Canon:6 bell novice competition for John Longridge Plate

This competition aims to encourage inexperienced ringers to develop their striking and method ringing ability. It is open to resident Guild members and each team must include at least one ringer who has not rung a changing bell for a quarter peal. Each team rings 180 changes of Plain Hunt Doubles or Minor.

Pinhoe: 8 bell novice competition for David Willis Plate

This competition aims to encourage inexperienced ringers to develop their striking and method ringing ability. It is open to resident Guild members. Each team must include at least one novice ringer who has not rung a changing-bell quarter peal on more than 6 bells. The test piece is 168 changes of Plain Hunt Triples.

Exeter, St David: 8 bell inter-branch Competition for the Andrews Trophy

This competition is open to resident Guild members. Teams represent a Guild branch and comprise ringers who attend that branch's events at least once every three months on average. Details of this year's competition pieces may be found below.

2pm: Results in church from the morning competitions followed by the draw for the afternoon ringing
