Guild 2019 AGM

The 2019 Guild AGM is fast approaching. Full details are available on this poster which you can download, print and put on your tower noticeboard. Here is a snapshot to whet your appetite.

In the morning...

• Ringing in 7 branch towers by invitation
• 2 training sessions in Exmouth:
  • Moving on to higher numbers
  • Moving on to Grandsire Doubles
• Car Treasure Hunt for those not ringing (£1.00 per entry, payable on the day)

  • Answer sheet
    

Lunch...

• Available at Withycombe Raleigh church hall

In the afternoon...

• 1.45pm - Service in Withycombe Raleigh church
• 2.30pm - AGM in Withycombe Raleigh church hall
  • Activities for non members and our young followers during meeting

Afterwards...

• 12 bell practice at Withycombe Raleigh in lieu of Exeter Cathedral practice which has kindly been cancelled (all abilities catered for)
• 2 further training sessions

In the evening...

• 6.30 pm onwards Supper & Quiz evening
  • £6.00 adults, £3.00 for children - tickets available soon (pre-booking only as numbers required for catering).
  • Real Ale, wine & soft drinks
